HOW CAN YOU COMPARE REALITY WITH PERCEPTION?
Konnect measures visitors' perception and reality while they are on-premise so you can have greater confidence in the accuracy of the feedback they provide. We start by collecting speed of service data from Konnect's Queue management to track their activity. We optionally identify key service and merchandising-related words spoken by your staff to guests at each point of service. After you issue a unique survey code at the register or other point of service, guests can connect to our local Wi-Fi network so you can survey their perceived customer experience. By comparing actual speed of service data with visitors' perceptions based on survey responses, you can accurately determine how to optimize resources to meet expectations of service excellence.
